"A" Marvelous Cabin

Every place we rent has style and this is one of those, you won't believe it till you see it A Frame cabins. Back in the day, when Mammoth was young, they built a lot of these as the snow sheds off the roof. Oh, but these guys are making a comeback. With each being completely redone.

Tucked over by the Mammoth Village,"A" Marvelous Cabin is a holiday hideaway in a traditional “A Frame” style. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a mini loft it can easily accommodate up to 9 people. Set in a family friendly neighborhood that is walking distance to the Village, the home is on a private street in an area filled with only single family homes. This home is decorated very “modern mountain” and is cozy comfortable, and makes a great winter retreat. It is set up for your arrival. You will be able to move right in.

Entrance to the home is through the front patio sliding glass doors which open right into the living room. Completely decked out, the fireplace is the center of attention with high ceilings, open and full of light including skylights. The kitchen and dining room are open to the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked ready to go with major appliances, cookware, dishes and dining ware. Many of the appliances are stainless. The TV is also new. The dining table seats 6 with 3 more at the kitchen bar for a dinner party of 9. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom is recently remodeled with a twin bed and a double. Down the hallway is the second bedroom with a queen bed and opposite that bedroom is the shared full bathroom. This bathroom had a recent makeover. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer and a deep freeze, so you can do a Costco run and freeze it all down. There is also a back door and some stairs to the back yard which is opened to the trees. Parking is on the driveway alongside the house which can hold 3 cars, and is in front. There is no garage or covering.

Upstairs, the landing has been turned into a mini loft with 2 twin beds. The doorway between the beds opens to the master suite with a king bedroom and a private bathroom which was also recently remodeled. The house is complete with cable, Internet and all the things necessary for a great winter season. There is a ski locker right in front, and you can stash the wood for the fireplace under the deck. This property is in top shape for the winter rental season and will go quickly as it is one of a kind and in magnificent shape.

This is such a family friendly neighborhood, my kids met all the kids who are on the ski team right in the hood. Perfect and you can walk to the village. Last Guest
