Jefferson has exceeded our expectations when planning my family trip to Mammoth Lakes. There were twenty of us and everyone one of them said to me that this was the best family vacation they have had! From day one of the trip, we were treated like royalty starting with the the fabulous dinner at Brassiere (above the Rock-n Bowl bowling alley), and finally at the Margarita festival.
We had VIP tickets and the owner of the festival treated us like VIP's!!

Sandy, Jefferson and crew have been helping me for 5 years plus. They have never steered me wrong in finding the best housing to fit my needs, whether it be winter or summer. Patient Sandy has set me up with Pet Friendly condos to accommodations hosting 10 plus guests, always offering me a wide array of choices to fit my budget. During the holidays, he has even helped me find places willing to take 3 night stays versus the standard 5 night minimum...never hurts to ask!
True concierge service, helping me arrange early or late check out when feasible.
In fact one stay I left a set of CUTCO knives and Jefferson worked retrieving my knives and mailing it back home to me!!! Now, that's PERSONAL service. Stick with these folks and they will always give you the inside scoop plus return DISCOUNTS!!!
"For this year's Mammoth trip, we decided to book one of their properties. All interactions with Jefferson were very pleasant, and he was able to answer pretty much every question from myself and my group. The rest of the staff were great too; it's just that most of my calls were made directly to Jefferson.
The property we rented was perfect for our group. Everyone had an awesome time, and the trip went without any hiccups. Our group has organized snow trips for the past six years to different destinations (this is our 2nd time in Mammoth), and this year has been the best one yet! And most of that is because there were no unexpected surprises/problems/fees/etc. that come when renting from other property management companies and/or directly from owners.
Since we're all from the Bay Area, we're thinking of making Mammoth a second annual trip in addition to our regular snow trip, and City Concierge will certainly be our first stop."
