Gray Bear homes are mostly 4 bedrooms with dens or media rooms, private spas on the deck and have 2 car garage parking. Located between downtown and the Village, on a beautiful day, you can easily walk to the Village. On a snowy winter day, you'll want to take your car out of the heated garage and drive to the slopes. After a rough day on the slopes, come back and sit in the private hot tub on the deck (some not all) and look at the wildlife prancing their way through the golf course mounds of snow.
